Since February 24, 2022, the first days of Russia’s war against peaceful residents of Ukraine, children found themselves in terrible conditions of military operations on the territory of our country.

During the occupation, every second child suffered psychological traumas that are very difficult to deal and fight with.

Since the first days of March 2022, despite the fact that Kyiv Region was in the war zone, Leonid Zapuhly began inviting children to free acting classes in order to somehow support children and help them survive difficult times and cope with their emotions and fears. Through communication, playing on stage, psychological support and the work of a psychologist, the moral condition of the children has improved significantly.

During the 9 months of the war, dozens of children joined the film school in order to return to their normal childhood life and forget the horrors of the war. Dozens of children from the stage convey their experiences and pain. New children who were forced to flee their homes from the war join the film school. Children communicate, play on stage and make films together, thus conveying to the world the truth about the pain of Ukrainian children and the truth about the war in Ukraine. They make plays to support others and show their feelings.

This project was created to support children who witnessed the occupation and military operations as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation and to help them “recover” from the reality of war in Ukraine. This is the support of activities for the existence of the school and the proper level of its work. Each of your charitable contributions is very important!
